A State Human Life Amendment is now being pushed in 5 states (Mississippi, Georgia, Oregon, Montana, and Michigan).
[see: <a href="http://www.statehla.com">www.StateHLA.com</a> ]

With all of this surge in activity and more states within the last year introducing a State Human Life Amendment, some expect Abortion to End (i.e. Roe v. Wade to be overturned) somewhere around 2015 if not sooner.&nbsp; All it takes is one state to pass a State Human Life Amendment to their constitution and it's all over for Abortion in America.

<b>Justice Harry Blackmun</b> architect of the 1973 Roe v. Wade Decision wrote in the majority opinion:</p>
<b><font color="#006600"><i>"[If the] suggestion of personhood [for the unborn] is established, the [abortion rights] case, of course, collapses, for the fetus' right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment."</i></font></b>

<b>Even attorney for Jane Roe, Sarah Weddington, admits</b> she doesn't have a case if the unborn child is recognized as a 'person'.

Weddington is arguing for Abortion Rights, here is what said before the U.S. Supreme Court case in Roe v. Wade.

Justice Potter Stewart asks her:
<font color="#0000FF"><b>"if it were established that an unborn fetus is a person you would have almost an impossible case here, would you not?"</b></font>

Sarah Weddington: <font color="#FF0000"><b>"I would have a very difficult case."</b></font>

<font color="#800000"><u>The only way to overturn Roe v. Wade</u></font>
is for a state Human Life Amendment to be passed by a state that legally recognizes in their constitution that an unborn child is a person.

In this manner a unborn child's right to life would outweigh a woman's right to make her own medical decision (i.e. abortion) unless it threatened her life.
