Wade to be overturned) somewhere around 2015 if not sooner. All it takes is one state to pass a State Human Life Amendment to their constitution and it's all over for Abortion in America.

Wade Decision wrote in the majority opinion: <blockquote>"[If the] suggestion of personhood [for the unborn] is established, the [abortion rights] case, of course, collapses, for the fetus' right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment."</blockquote>

Weddington is arguing for Abortion Rights, here is what said before the U.S. Supreme Court case in Roe v. Wade. <blockquote>Justice Potter Stewart asks her: "if it were established that an unborn fetus is a person you would have almost an impossible case here, would you not?"</blockquote>
<blockquote>Sarah Weddington: "I would have a very difficult case."</blockquote>
The only way to overturn Roe v. Wade is for a state Human Life Amendment to be passed by a state that legally recognizes in their constitution that an unborn child is a person. In this manner a unborn child's right to life would outweigh a woman's right to make her own medical decision (i.e. abortion) unless it threatened her life.
