Personhood is a new and rapidly growing movement within the Pro-Life Community
that seeks to establish a legal definition of a person that includes unborn
children, thus making killing an unborn child a crime punishable under existing
murder laws.
In 2004, Pro-Life
Dave
began developing state Personhood Amendments (aka Human Life Amendments) and
in 2005 introduced of
the first ever state Personhood Amendment in U.S. History. Today, the
amendment wording remains
unparalleled in its comprehensive approach to protecting all human
life including unborn children "at all stages of biological
development." In 2009, Dave continues to focus our
work only in key
strategic battleground states that give the best chance of passing a
Personhood Amendment. He also continues to provide education,
tools, and limited consulting to others in a young but rapidly growing
Personhood Movement.
