David Rogers
of Biloxi, Mississippi is also known as "Pro-Life Dave" for
the work he has done in the
Pro-Life Movement. David is 40, single, an ordained minister, and
currently heads an evangelistic ministry.
Growing
Up
David is a life long resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He
grew up in the rural countryside north of
Ocean Springs and at the age of 16 his family moved to Biloxi where he has
resided for more than 24 years.

Work
Background
In 1983 David began his work in computer repair and programming.
Then in 1992 he added Internet web site publishing to his skills. Because
of his work with computers he had become known to many on the Gulf Coast as
"the Computer Guy." At the age
of 17 he dedicated his life to the service of Yahweh (God of the Bible) and
Christian ministry. Over the years he's had the privilege of serving
people as a consultant in many areas such as business, marketing, non-profit &
civic work, political & social issues, and church ministry.
Christian Ministry Overview
While not a complete list of his work, David Rogers
served over 7 years as a Southern Baptist lay minister in youth ministry and
college campus ministry, David has also worked in Contemporary Christian
Music as well as Christian Radio and TV (including the technical side and also 'DJ'ing
and 'VJ'ing). Over the past 23 years he has also been involved in helping
to start, develop, and aid many Christian ministries in South Mississippi,
including childrens' ministries, youth ministries, and evangelistic efforts.
PAST:
Political & Activist Work
Since 1990 David has worked in the pro-life, pro-family, conservative
and constitutional movements at the grassroots level. Since 1990 he has been an active student of the
law as well as English, Colonial, and early
American History. He continues active studies in regional history,
cultural issues, and American politics.

Key Staffer in
campaign opposing legalized gambling in the 1990
Dockside Gambling Referendum in Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson Counties;

Campaign Manager in the
campaign opposing legalized gambling in the 1992 Dockside
Gambling Referendum in Harrison County.

President of the Gulf
Coast American Family Association for over 6 years which covered the 6 coastal
counties.
Just to name a few, during this time David:

Organized the largest AFA, TV monitoring group in the nation
in combating the proliferation of sex, violence, and language on TV.

Helped in the closing of a
strip club,

Led fights against pornography in the community,

Organizing the Coast-wide opposition to the
Marilyn Manson concert,

Led Pro-Life activities, education, and memorials,
-
Was involved in keeping a presence at the abortion clinic in Gulfport, MS
while also having the privilege of seeing God shut it down.

David
Rogers is the official sponsor of
People's Initiative
23 of Mississippi, a proposed constitutional amendment to the
Mississippi State Constitution that would legally recognize unborn children as persons, thus ending abortion.
Since 1990 David has had the great opportunity to study the
law, American History, and American Government which has given him a unique insight into the
design of
The Ultimate Human Life Amendment.
But nothing can compare to the knowledge and wisdom that Yahweh (God of the
Bible) has and continues to give David. All of David's experiences put together has given the inspiration and knowledge
needed for properly developing the Ultimate Human Life Amendment.
David serves as Director of
The Pro-Life Generation, which is the lead
organization promoting the Ultimate Human Life Amendment and People's Initiative
23. In this capacity David serves purely as a volunteer and does not take
a salary for his time.
